At Club L, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the hygiene seal has not been removed.

  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
